Treasure Hunts Series
Released in 1995, the Treasure Hunts Series featured 12 models a year, with one released each month. The miniatures came with a special spectraflame paint and rubber tires.
The 13th model released this year was via mail-in, which was a Mattel promotion where you had to buy a certain number of miniatures and, then, send the cards with the purchase receipts to Mattel. By doing this, you would receive the promotional miniature by mail.
