2002 Treasure Hunts Series

The Treasure Hunts Series 2002 featured 12 models. The miniatures came with a special spectraflame paint and rubber tires.

These are the models from the 2002 Treasure Hunts Series:

  • La Troca – Yellow with gold, white, and black graphics. Tinted black windows and chrome wheels.
  • ’71 Plymouth GTX – Metalflake dark blue with black hood and top, white ‘440’ and silver stripe on sides, Treasure Hunt Logo on Trunk. Clear windows and black interior. Chrome wheels.
  • ’57 Roadster – Metalflake light green and matte white with white, black and orange flames on sides, TH Logo on trunk. Tinted purple windows and black interior. Chrome wheels with white stripe on rear tires.
  • Lotus M250 Project – Metalflake dark red with white, gold, black, and silver TH logo on roof. Tinted smoke windows and black interior. Chrome wheels with red line on tires.
  • Ford Thunderbolt – Metalflake silver with black hood, blue, black, and white details. Tinted light blue windows and white interior. Chrome wheels.
  • Panoz LMP Roadster S – White and blue with red, black, grey, and blue graphics, hot wheels logo and ’12’ on sides and hood. No windows and black interior. Chrome wheels, treasure hunt 2022 written on tires.
  • Phaeton – White with green and yellow flames outlined in black and silver. Black panels on hood and black top. Clear windows and black interior. Chrome wheels with white stripes on tires.
  • Fat Fendered ’40 – Flat black with ‘Miller’s Cams and Fuel Control’ and ‘2 A’written on the sides, red flames with white shadows. Tinted yellow windows and white interior. Chrome wheels.
  • ’40 Ford – Light aqua with a pearl white top. Black flames outlined in silver, TH Logo on roof; Clear windows and black interior. Chrome wheels.
  • Tail Dragger – Metalflake purple with black, white, and blue details, TH logo on sides. Tinted blue windows and white interior. Chrome wheels.
  • Mini Cooper – Black with orange, white, and silver details, TH logo on sides, flames and ’02’ on roof. Clear windows and orange interior. Chrome wheels and red line on tires.
  • Anglia Panel – Metallic red with yellow, white, and black details with Hot Wheels and TH logo on sides. Clear windows and chrome interior. Chrome wheels with ‘Hot Wheels Treasure Hunt’ written on tires.

The Treasure Hunts Series started in 1995. There were several changes until we reached the current series, divided between the Treasure Hunts and Super Treasure Hunts.
